Turnaround Time

Our current production time is 2 to 3 weeks. Please note that this window covers the creation of your item and does not include shipping transit time.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Local Pickup (Suffolk, VA)

• Location: Orders are available for local pickup in Suffolk, VA.

• Process: Select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout.

• Scheduling: Once your item is finished (following our 2–3 week processing period), you will receive an email to schedule a specific pickup time and location.

• Shipping Adjustment: If you select "Local Pickup" but require shipping, you will be sent an additional invoice for the shipping costs. Your item will be held until the shipping invoice is paid.
